The monitoring of usability is a regular assessment of the usability of the application or other digital products to be developed at a specified interval. See. Usability Assessment.
The usability assessment shall be carried out following a questionnaire prepared by a usability expert for a specific application, software, or other digital product, depending on its characteristics and type. The questionnaire consists of several thematic blocks that are not changed throughout the monitoring process to allow a comparison of the changes that have occurred.
